Updated COVID Guidelines – What do I do if my child is sick?
Sick children should be kept at home. The school only has facilities to manage a small number of children for short periods of time with minor issues.
Parents/carers will be contacted if students become sick at school for any reason, in line with our usual procedures. If your child is observed to have flu-like symptoms you will be asked to have your child tested for COVID-19 and to provide a negative test result before returning to school.
If you keep your child at home because they have flu-like symptoms, please advise the school of this and take your child for a COVID test. We need to sight a negative test result before children can return to school.
These guidelines provide protection for our whole school community. Thank you for your support and co-operation with this process.
